New members of the corporate bodies

Henryk Huczala, the Technical Director and Rostislav Wozniak, the Financial Director have become the new members of the Board of Directors of Třinecké železárny. They replaced Ms. Jaroslava ciahotná and Mr. Petr Matuszek in the six-member corporate body. Along with that, Jan Czudek, the Investment Director was elected the 1st Vice-Chairman of the BoD and Rostislav Wozniak the 2nd Vice-Chairman of the BoD.
