Třinecké železárny is the joint stock company combining the interests of the shareholders, management, and employees. By its activities, it fulfills the vision on the advanced industrial company based on the long tradition of steel making.

One of the steps fulfilling our mission is a project "Cooperation with schools," for which TŽ was awarded in the cathegory Academic projects within the contest "Credit Suisse 2004 Employer" - HR Excellence Award.
Třinecké železárny offers to its employees the chance to exert their abilities, experience, and skills, as well as broad professional growth supperted by the company training and education.
The employees are not rewarded only by the salary, but also by numerous other bonuses and social benefits, which motivate to the top performance and compensate the impacts of the working environment.
The employees are provided with the employee bonuses, such as the vacation longer by 1 week, time off days with higher salary, remedial stays in the spas, preventive mammographic investigations and investigation of the colon, social assistance; contributions to the pension fund, life insurance, company catering, and the recreation of children, providing the protective beverages above the limits set by the Law.
In order to motivate the employees to the support of the intentions and goals of the company, in 2004, thy system of optional benefits was introduced, they are provided above the legal obligations. The employees can choose the benefit, which suits the best to them - from the scope of the health protection, support of the living, education, recreation, sport or cultural realization.
