    Labor Safety and Health Protection Policy

    Safety and health protection is the organic part of all TŽ activities and has the highest priority.

    Management as well as all employees adopted the principle that work cannot be done at the expense of health, all hazardous work procedures have to be eliminated.

    The TZ Management supports anyone developing safe and hygienic work.

    Our objective is to prevent health damage of the company employees as well as customers and all other persons entering the TŽ premises.

    The Unions fully support the ideas and principles of this policy. The TŽ management commits itself to creating safe working conditions at all corporate activities, abiding the legislation, and leading the employees towards safe work.

    The management implements following elements of SOH Policy:

    • continuous improvement of working conditions and decreasing the risk ratio
    • implementing technilogies with highest possible grade of employee protection
    • increasing the sense of responsibility of employees for their health
    • comparing the results of TŽ vith the top companies in the banch
    • gradual decreasing of accidents and vocational disease

    The management advances the corporate SOH policy, creates the conditions to prevent accidents, injuries, and hazardous activities. They support and implement the projects to improve the health protection and to improve the workig environment. They motivate the employees to the safe work and they educate employees concerning the SOH issues.

    Each employee accepts its share of responsibility for safety of himself as well as of his/her co-lleagues. All employees are expected to participate in implementation of the SOH policy in all of its exposures, high concern in safety and health porotection and positive approach to the principles of safe behavior. Each employee has to be the active element in the process of continuous improvement of working conditions and decreasing the risk of the health harm.

    The shareholders as well as the TZ management are interested in employees who behave and act in the manner that they do not cause injury or vocational disease.
